Crusty butt on 7 month old silk

My silkie keeps getting crusty butt. She was at the be a few weeks ago with cough and loose stools. They worked her and gave he antibiotics for the cough I check her butt about every few days and it all cake about the vent. I wash her good and have stated putting olive oil on the vent. Any suggestions as to why?

It may have been the illness or more likely the antibiotics could have caused a fungal/yeast overgrowth. Is she having diarrhea still, or any constipation? I would feed her only chicken feed, a bit of egg, and give her probiotics daily. A good plain unsweetened yogurt has some, and there are commercial probiotics with more. Tractor Supply sells Probios, and a generic cheaper equivalent product.
