Crusty feet

A few of my older girls have these crusty painful looking feet. What is this and how can I treat them? Thanks!

That looks like a bad case of scaly leg mites. They have mites living in their legs. To treat it slather their legs with Vaseline for a week or two. This smothers the mites and kills them. That looks like a severe case so I would treat quickly - they can lose toes and their feet if it gets bad enough.
