CS17--The Official Michigan Chicken Stock Information Thread for June 10, 2017

I don't mind you using photos I shot, I shot so many over the years at Chickenstocks it might even be a good one, lol

Is it this one?

Four more work days until Chicken Stock 17. (For those of you who work)

Don't forget to pack the chicken food if you are bringing birds. Also the waterer.

Available at CS17. Black Australorps purchased at TSC on March 1 as day-old chicks.
Little roo is just now trying to crow. Squeaky door stage.
His feathers are getting that iridescent green / purple colour. I think he is going to be a beaut.

I have several birds that I am selling that I can bring on Saturday. I have some German Bielefelder chicks, exhibition bloodline Rhode Island Red chicks, Guinea keets, and Sapphire blue egg laying chicks. Ages range from a few days old to 2 months. I will also have some fertile Bielefelder and Rhode Island Red eggs available.

I think we will have some red cuckoo orpingtons there too. There will be roosters for sure. Mary brings some birds. Someone on facebook asked what breeds are coming

I had hoped to come to chickenstock but am scheduled to work 7am to 3pm. Then today at work I was asked if I wanted to leave at noon! I could make it about 1pm. Would that be too late to join in? I am new to chickens and would love to meet some new friends and learn more about my girls. (Hoping they are all girls!)
