Clean silvers are hard to find and if you do find them, you'll be hard pressed to find someone that will sell any. I got only one good silver pullet this year. Here is a silver cockerel that I hatched in 2013. He's still growing in feathers and maturing. He is almost 8 months old. As you can see, he is also getting several gold feathers in his shoulders. If he lives long enough, I'll breed him to a Zook hen.

It's not always who has the best. There are different strains that throw different kinds of birds. A lot depends on what you are looking for and like personally. There are a few breeders located in different parts of the States that have good Cubalayas.
