IMHO, im definateley not thinking thats a pyle... too much white for that age, if its a male needs more red on the sex feather areas, if female it should be almost the same as the bb reds except white in the black areas... could be white but will have too much color.
 
I just got my first Cubalaya chicks yesterday. Ordered 10 wheaten bantams from Cackle, got 11. I think I have A LOT of boys...there's an awful lot of black wing tips in there.....

Congratulations, best of luck with them. Please post some pics when they mature.
I just had my first chicks hatch this week, with more on the way each week thru the end of July!! I'm aiming for 50 chicks this year.

see the brown red in the middle. there are also 2 australorps in there, a wheaton , a white, and a pyle

But they all start with black wing tips, i cant usually tell till three weeks old, and they start growing feathers on breast/shoulders. Thats when i can tell, from my experience with large cubas. But please do post some pics because it helps alot.

Thanks, yes, as they are getting more wing feathers, they are already looking different. It's a HUGE relief!!!

Not spangling. The black is smut. The white you see the Cubans called 'Tear-drops of the Virgin.' This happens at times; no big deal.
