I guess I'm fortunate in that there is really no other breed that even comes close to being a favorite for me.

I'm lucky in reality I do have a type. I just need to build pens first then acquire

2022 cockerel just a little over eight months. He is less desireable than a couple of the others, but I'll keep him for a backup. Very good natured cockerel, he is out of a black to black breeding.

From the beginning of breeding season 2022. Note her tail, it's a tad short, hence the lack of length on the cockerel.
She does not have Sumatra in her although she is blue. The blue color comes from a hatchery Cubalaya about 15 years ago.

Temperament is important. I would like to breed her son( 2022 cockerel, half brother to mine) to the hatched pullet chicks next year. Is that a possibility?
