that stag is much better than this one, many generations back. this white was the only manfighter that we have had from the cubalayas.

this one came from the mating of that white cock to the brown red hen in the pic:

and from that cock and a gold wheaton hen i got this:

Thanks, she is not too bad. I can always find things I'd like to improve, but, overall, she is a good hen. She is within my interpretation of the standard. There is no perfect bird, so always room for betterment. Overall, a nice hen I'm happy to share with you all.

How would I go about breeding all white or all black cubalayas. Could I do it with bbred cubalayas or would I need to purchase a black or white bird to start with. Any addvice would be great. thanks

had to purchase the blacks. lucked up breeding the whites from red pyle and brown red. it must have been recessive white.
