Males can be aggressive with other males, especially if not raised together. My females get along well with each other, but are aggressive with non-Cuba females, and non-Cuba males, too. My whites are bad feather pickers, but, not the other colors? No idea why that is. The cubalayas are always very high ranking birds in a mixed flock of typical fluffy butt chickens. These are not real gamefowl, but, they are not orpingtons or silkies, either. I have had some males who would never back down or submit, and others were quick to run away. Some have been noisy, some have been quiet. My whites are noisier than the others.
Cubakid has a good overall point, it's hard to generalize. We can tell you that usually they are calm, docile with people, then, you might end up with a manfighter? No guarantees on behavior. They can certainly fly well!
