Yes it is the race I watched .. No bird flue here but in Spokane County ..
Rich Stike was the winner in the Derby. Horse was added late to replace one Scratched.

I just read that Rich Strike was an 80 to 1 odds. Pretty exciting race.

I would love to ride again but understand I am not quite as agile as I was younger .. Lots younger ..
Found I bruned the cheese cake I made just stuck another in the oven.. Putting a pan of water in with it.

I usually place my spring pan in foil and then put that in a pan of water when I make cheesecake. But I make a crustless cheesecake.
