Well, I could technically go get x-rays, but what a hassle. I have ace bandages on both ankles and cannot put shoes on.

You need to start taking Vit D and Quercitin as you will be exposed. So sorry to hear this.

We are vaccinated here twice. avoiding each other but will wear masks to go out just in case do not want to affect others .. Have noty heard about getting the pavloxid yet.

Vaccines don't seem to stop the spread of this virus. Strange.

As for me, one of my ankles is getting much better. The other one is still really bad, but I can deal with one sprained ankle as long as I have a leg to stand on.

Ive been sleeping so much found out Im also pre diabetic and high cholesterol so Im on medicine for that. Making an afternoon pot of coffee. Happy hump day!

Hope the meds have back in balance quickly.

I can sleep a lot right now too which is really unusual for me. But I think the ibuprofen is making me sleepy. So weird to be able to sleep in the daytime. It would help if I could stay asleep at night.
