Yesterday I ran errands and did a bunch of cooking (and washing dishes). Today will be quiet, the only thing I have planned is trying out a new banana bread recipe...how's that for excitement?

Sounds good to me! I love banana bread. Any secrets in this one? My new secret for mine is adding crushed pineapple. It's a delightful surprise, but not my idea really. A friend told me about it.

Pineapple sounds good, never thought of that before!

I saw Bobby Flay on tv making this version of banana bread, it has espresso and chunks of chocolate in it...2 of my favorite things
