Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

Giving up milk is part of my diet too. Giving up all the white stuff, bread, potatoes, white rice, sugar, etc. It's all very hard for me to give up, but I'm giving it a go.

What is the reason for giving up all of the white foods?
 
In general 'white' foods are high carbohydrate/sugar. For me cutting them out reduces inflammation and results in weight loss.

The potatoes would be the hardest to give up.

There are a lot of the white foods that I do not eat.
