Curled Bantam foot/hock help

My one bantam born Friday June 29th one has 5 toes the other 4 but one toes looks like pitchers. (she is Silkie/Easter Egger mix and I know there can be toe abnormality at times, and one having more toes on one side then the other) since she has been born she seemed TO not want to use it... Like she was trying to figure out HOW to use five toes at 1st. the next day seemed better not wanting to use it as much still. (thought ok she is weird BUT she will grasp my finger with it JUST fine) the other normal till you look at it foot is fine. She can use that one no problem. but the 5 toes.... Well now its curling.... AND her elbow/hock won't stretch out. It seemed swelled/larger then the other. If I rub it I can get it to move some but she chirps a lot till I do then hobbles around fine. Its almost like its fussed. she is eating drinking either way BUT she is not liking it. Could she have sprained it or is it something else? as it was not like that when born. She could move it and get around. should I splint it and if so how should I go about doing it as she is tiny bantam size.
I have horse leg wraps, an 1st aid medical bandage tap both in the paper and that other kind....I call plastic like lol. WHICH can I use in the mean time till hubby get's paid Tuesday? OR is that stuff ok or I need to pick up some else. Pictures of her born and of today.
Note: she only started the chirping today and it not moving today. I thought maybe sprained at 1st but as the day went on until the wee morning its something else.

What are you feeding? I crush my feed extra the first weeks or so for my bantams.

Her hock is fussed like. she can bend it up but not out straight. we been soaking it in ebson salt and putting a mussel rub on it 2 times a day that seems to be helping a little. wrapping it is not really working to much with her right now for some reason like it should. her foot dose not curl like it did that part it fine its just her hock.
she is eating star/grow medicated right now. she eats it just fine.

Give him starter feed lil vet also try giving chick sandle

Don't cull ..if he's mine I would keep him & care him by the time he grow he will adjust his body he'll be a rare chook

I could never cull anything that breaths (unless its trying to kill me lol or its a danger to me or the flock but still feel bad YES I can go hunting and have BUT I respect what I gather for my family) I think she may be a he from wing sexing its bantam/EE cross and has Roo feathering. I think it looked hen but now roo. Either way its name is odd ball. I was wondering if I could use some niacin (vit b 3) to maybe see if that helps along with the ACV I put in their water?
I also read somewhere that I could use Honey an plain yogurt mix and let him/her ate what she wants to see if that helps? could I as with the yogurt?

EASY FIX!!! Please dont cull, one of my chicks foot did the same thing the only thing you need t do is spread out its foot on a bandaid and wrap it around so it cant mve its toes out of place. All it needs is a spoonfull of love!!

His/her foot uncurls now its the hock the will not bend out. it will up but not out... We have been working will it as in rubbing/stretching it BUT as the vet said as small and little as she is cant pull it to much like an adult chicken. I seen them stretch out lambs legs on Edgers mission like her and splint them.. so have the vet BUT she is to tiny and breaking it is to painful an it could heal cause worse pain as she ages. SO its suggested to do herbal treatments an muscle rub ointments and when older and leg is not baby fragile as she calls it do a stretch an splint IF possible. I already have a really crippled duck born with really bad turned in legs we tried niacin stuff an wraps at night (even tried hanging him like a horse at night with them wrapped (which we still plan on doing again but now bigger and heavier have to figure out how so he is not stressed to much and wrap him over night. they hang lambs from cloth shopping bags on Edgers mission to help with legs. Look it up its amazing. his sister or half sister has turned in feet but can get around more better but to turned in and would get hurt to much with the other ducks. SO they will live in my cellar/basement (Has windows) during the colder months in a huge bath tub an can run on the floor with paper or put them in a swimming pool when I pick up the ducks for winter. lol either way them ducks and that chick will have a forever home ever if I have to carry him/her all over to get around or hook the other chicken to some kinds harness system that goes around and makes like a carousel effect, and have her sway just above ground so she hovers but still can peck the ground but as if she is walking lol.

No , never use any vitamin / medicine with ACV it will cut of everything

Always use vitamins directly by dropper (if oral) or put powder into water then give
Only vitamins can help him a lot for recovering especially vitamin E , riboflavin even all vitamins can help

Ok. so like with chicken cold meds where it says place in water but stop any herbal stuff in water... if giving them herbal as in can still give it to them but dont mix it together give them apart.

This is him/her now.. we have been calling him/her Odd Ball. (feathering looks male but silkie bantam mix dont know if you can sex them by wings that way)
the hock on the bad leg with the 5 toe's is larger then the other. its was a little swelled a long with knee but now is not just large. could it be an abnormality? since dad is large EE and mom is Bantam Silkie?
but this is what I mean as in can not straiten the hock out IT WILL not bend out with out breaking and the vet DON'T want to do that till older if need be. it will fold up though.
i have had chicken with legs that stretch out to much and don't seem to want to have any strength to pull back in and we have wrapped or not an they eventually grow up just fine with a little limp to none.
