Customer said my hens eggs don't stick!

If you cook your eggs in the grease from the bacon you just cooked...there is no sticking problem!Bacon grease is the 5th food group here in KY!

After breakfast, cook your cornbread in the same pan for lunch! That's recyclin' !

My shells are harder than store bought and I can understand that because they are fresh and 'stand up' they are less likely to stick. But, as I said before...don't have that problem!
 
If they really don't stick as bad (which i have not noticed myself) I think the reason would be that the fresh eggs don't spread out so thin, therefore are easier to scoop with a spatual and turn. I use a non stick pan every moring and use my own eggs, I don't notice less sticking but I do notice less runny eggs and I like it better. They cook more evenly when fresh

Here is another new one. Just the other day. A costumer told me that they dont want to buy my eggs any more,because they were to hard to crack.
Now that cracked me up.lol
