Cut on goats upper eyelid swelling

Hi yall! So yesterday my goat got his head stuck in the gate and he slit his upper eyelid. It didnt bleed or anything, but i could tell it was bothering him.
Today when i went to go check on him only his upper eyelid was swollen. The bottom eyelid is fine.
All i have put on his eye lid is Neosporin cream. It doesnt have the pain in it, its just the original cream. Do you think this will be enough for it to heal? Just putting neosporin on it r a few days?
