Swollen eye. No other URI symptoms

Hello. My daughter's silkie cock has a swollen eye for the past week. I've been flushing with saline and applying terramycin twice daily. He has no other URI symptoms and the roof of his mouth is clear. When opening his eye, all i see is swelling of both lids and deep inside i can see his eye. I have applied pressure and nothing comes to the surface. It is obviously painful and he's only eating by hand at this point. I swear he heard it's talking about replacing him, so he injured himself. The first set of pictures is this evening.
The second set of pictures was last Friday. The white area on the inner upper eye lid is a scab from the mucous membranes being exposed and dry. I've removed it several times with it being just irritated inner eyelid underneath.

Do you have any antibiotics on hand?

It does look like he may have pus in the eyes, I'd try some warm compresses to see if that helps loosen the material so you can press it out.
Continue to flush out the eye and apply the ointment a couple of times a day.

If you are unable to get the pus out and vet care is an option, that would be best.
