Cutest Cochin Contest!

She has most of the Cochin, the bright yellow feet (Also like the Brahma and RIR) with feathering, the light red coloring, the single comb, and the smaller size. But, she had the same black pattern on her tail as her father does, which couldn't have come from the red bantam Cochin side, so I think Brahma.

I also noticed that when comparing Yuzu's beak to her possible mother's beak (RIR), they look identical.

Do people ever free range there cochin bantams? Asking cause I know nothing about them.

I don't free range any of my chickens, because we have too many hawks, and I don't want them going onto my neighbors' properties. But, I don't think my cochin bantams would do very well if I did let them free range. They are pretty slow, and honestly kind of careless. They don't really care if there is danger. They just keep going about their business. Well, Mango is anyway. Papaya thinks he can go fight the hawks.
