Do people ever free range there cochin bantams? Asking cause I know nothing about them.

I free range my main flock every day as long as there's no snow on the ground, including the Cochin bantams residing in that flock, and they do just fine. I think it depends a lot on your area, though. I'm in a heavily agricultural area and don't seem to have much of an issue with anything but hawks during the day, and my girls have lots of cover to run to to keep them safe during free range so they do fine.

Here is my sweet Annabelle. She will be 6 mo. Old on Fri. She is a LF buff Cochin. She hasn't laid yet. She runs around talking all day long and always has, she really never stops. Lol

She's adorable!!

This is my handsome LF blue cochin roo Itzy. He is also almost 6 mo. He is sweet with us and also sweet with his ladies. I love him and so glad we decided to keep him even though he turned out to be a roo

And last entry. My LF silver laced Cochin. She is standoffish right now but so pretty. ( I also have a blue Cochin pullet too). Even though Fajita is standoffish she would always pose for pictures. Lol

She is quite a chatterbug though. (I mean so am I honestly... )

Angel is pretty fast but Specky (Angel x polish) goes like 30 miles an hour

I love watching cochins run! One time when I was catching Coco, my mom was out there and was laughing about her running. Then she said something about how our old cochins would run exactly like her.
