Thanks for the nice words about Winnie. Everybody else's ducks and ducklings are super cute too! (or should I say, "coot")
That is sooo adorable!!! Thanks so much for sharing the video! I just want to hug and kiss and hold that little tiny burd!

@BantyChooks we need a word for the way they splash their heads in the water like that!

So Cute. I haven't let my 2 'play' in water yet. They are just about a week old. I was worried about letting them because I'd read they get chilled too easy with just their baby fuzz... What is everyone else's take on water play? the way they go after the water bowl I know they'd love to splish splash.

As long as the water is warm and they can dry off easy afterwards, they can go in by now. I let mine go in the tub at a week old, but I made sure the water was warm and not too deep, and I lowered the heat lamp a little in their brooder when I put them back in. Some people use hair dryers to dry them when they come out, but hair dryers freak mine out, and they were just fine with a heat lamp, so that's what I did.

Haha, good! I like it! Much more creative than anything I would have thought up. Ducking is a good word for it. For some reason I wish I could add another syllable to that word ...or another vowel, but that would probably sound weird.
