AMAIRA!!!

Yes, indeed. :love
What breeds, Cuz???
I have a definite mille fleur OEGB/D'uccle cross variety, a black mainly-OEGB, and a yellow-and-gray pied who could virtually be anything- it's also a lot smaller than the other two AND that was the one that hatched first... :love

Mixed breed. I am only keeping six. :p However, there are three dozen Lavender, Blue/Black/Splash and Red Orpingtons in the incubator. Lavenders are for my BFF, Should I keep blue or red Orpington?

Undoubtedly Blue. :p :love
Sorry, I have an obsession with any shade of blue chickens. :lau

Hmmm. Now I'm torn...I saw show quality Partridge Wyandottes for sale on My Pet Chicken.WHY DID I LOOK?!?!?

One plus to keeping the blues would be I have more eggs of them...

I have not. Want to though. I'm surprised the goats haven't eaten them yet, I've seen them eat tomatoes but they haven't touch any of the 20 or so squash I've found.

Geez, I,d rather have goats eat my squash than tomatoes. Not that I dislike either, but nothing compares to a warm tomato fresh picked. I eat them like apples. :gig

I like squash blossoms, but they seem like a waste. Eat a tiny blossom as an appetizer and get a little bit or have a large squash to feed a few people.
