Cyst on baby's neck!!

I just got some baby pullets a few days ago. Today I discovered a very large cyst of some kind on the neck of 1 of them. It is huge, but it doesn't seem to be hurting her.

What could have caused it and what do I do??

Are they from a hatchery? Could be from vaccinations.

Yes they are from a hatchery. It is really hard to see without touching it, so I don't think a pic would work too well. It's also kinda squishy if that helps! It is about as wide as a quarter and probably about half as tall.
