Errrmygrrrd!! I want that silver duck! Why oh why I have to be in MO

I have a couple extra silver drakes if you are looking! I can ship as long as it's not too hot!

The bottom one at the water bowl, what color is that exactly? I have 1 or 2 just like it!

Ah! With that bit of color edging the feathers it threw me off, I wasn't sure if that was still silver or something else...

Is that from the rusting some blues can carry?

Thanks! He's doing much better and can actually walk now. Still limps, but at least he can walk.

I think I see what you mean, the lacing? It's not rusting as it's not a different color. Just a darker shade to the tips. Very common in blue and blue variants

Ah, ok... guess I was thinking it was a very light but different color... it's more like the ink ran to the edges of the feathers then, right? I will look closer at mine now, lol...

I released my Call ducklings into general population today. Everyone got along fine. They did try to menace a very dumb guinea who flew into their pen and couldn't get back out. I couldn't believe it when the tiny little duckling went after the guinea!

Depends on the lines... yours will lay daily, for the most part... once in a while they will skip days... LG laid 12 or 13 days straight when she started before skipping a day...
