with hatchery birds, it is most likely the result of inbreeding or genetic flaws of some form, not much you can do if that's the case. It's not a breed issue for sure, never had any do it here.

oh yea, the pullets especially, you have about a 50/50 shot on the roos being nice

Here is a picture of my Blue D'Anver roo...I just love him and I call him BB or Beebs. He is really a sweetheart and I have to keep him humble sometimes....lol.

I'm mad because the cabin incubator that I ordered didn't come in BUT my Ameraucana eggs are due to hatch Thursday and they should be shipping my incubator express...since I called and threw a fit since I paid for it March 25th and still haven't received it only to find they shipped another Melissa's incubator (so they say) and mine was sitting right there!!!!!! I said the least they could do after telling me 3 wks in a row that it was shipped Monday was ship it express.

Anyway, I will have one of my LG or hopefully the new incubator by then

What are your thoughts

I tried to call them Saturday but they didn't answer, I will call them again tomorrow and see what they say. If you ship them Monday then I should have them Wednesday(????) and my chicks hatch Thursday. Do you think I should hold off for a couple of days?
I have 2 incubators going with 82 Ameraucana eggs, one to hatch Thursday and one I just started Friday.
