well, the medium colored one is closest to the correct color though not 100% right on it's own.
the dark on has too much mahogany showing threw, the other is too yellow (most likely a line off blue quails)
need a better pic of each ones head, beard muffs, comb etc. All look a little thin in the beard /muff department and the combs look thin as well. Just hatchery stock problems is all, nothing huge, can be bred out if they shape up to good over all type.
see if you can get a little better single pics. head level with the bird, 1 at face on close head shot basically, then another in profile at bird level as close as possible while in strut if possible, their carrage play a big part in who to keep and who to cull just as much as type.
I know that's a pain, but that's what I'll need to give an honest overall opinion of their quality, a month or so more in age would hurt either as the beards and all will come in better then too.
The little pullet looks pretty good for a hatchery bird too by the way.
off given pics, I'd go with the medium colored one(roo C), but his tail looks a little pinched?? then again could just be young feathering. What I mean by that is look how full the base of the other two are, then how thin the feathers are at the base of roo C's tail, overall, the hackles should flow down the neck over the back in a thick full cone, virtually no back, then straight into tail and saddle, with a full puffed out chest rooster B seems to show that best, and if bred to a dark hen, should make some nice chicks too.
here's some pics of a few of my quail, you can see the preferred color in them in these, as well as some of the type features I mentioned
just coming out of molt
