They are actually very pale blue and spotted, the chick next to it is yellow legged. On the mottled and barred birds, this is very common and not unexpected. You can go back and look at all the pics, if they are mottled and or cuckoo/ barred based colors , they usually arent very dark legged. My porcelains are, but they are the exception. This leg coloring is genetic to the feather colors and not much you can do about it. Barred and cuckko birds will have red/pink skin everywhere (that's why the silkie people can never get a true silkie in cuckoo all will have red combs)
mottled birds will have a washed out color to the legs, but will usually be mottled with darker patches in them. Mottled legs also darken with age, just like their body color gets better with age. Barred/cuckoos will not however, they stay pale always. Yes, a true yellow would be a DQ for a judge, but the pale blues and mottled legs are excepted.
