morning! everyone....

Do any of you have birds from Bayhorsebonne? Someone she sold her flocks too is selling the wheatens

We have some of their stock in BCM's GREAT shell color but needs work in conformation. They tend to be mossy

Hi everybody. I've been off line buried in work lately.

So, my flock comes from Bayhorsebonne. I love them. Steve is correct, you can get some feather color faults but they are great egg layers and very nice birds. Who is it that has the flock Cheryl?

Pictures I got from him had the flock in a very muddy situation and were difficult to see the birds well because they were so dirty, I asked a ton of questions and he was mostly gracious about answering them but when he told me his property was flooded and couldn't take more pictures I asked it that was healthy for the birds, he replied, he had answered enough of my questions and was not going to sell them to me.....hmmmmm

Cheryl, geebs on here has BHB bloodlines. I dunno if she's selling eggs or not, but you might check with her - she's worked really hard on them, and she has nice stock.

Maybe you pushed him too far... ?

ETA: I think Geebs only raises Black Coppers, not Wheaties.
