No, I'm afraid that can't happen. He's not even half her size, lol. He's a Bantam and she is not.
I had a Sebright rooster breed a full size broiler hen. She hatched out seven chicks. He would hop on her, grab a hold of her back feathers and do the deed. The offspring were very chunky and halfway between the two in size.

Omgosh! I bet they were cute. I'd love to have little babies running around.
 
OK, so, we were getting 6 eggs a day, from 6 pullets. The last few days we've been getting 3 brown and 1 white. Should I be concerned about the 2 that are not laying?
No. They’re probably molting or just getting ready for fall. They usually stop laying in fall.
