I'm only allowing myself 1 zero bar a week. I'm going to weigh in the morning and start weighing every few days to see if there is a downward trend or if I'm stuck in a rut.

You could just show back up Monday and pretend today wasn't your last. Maybe they won't catch on.
That can work for a job too. Find one you like and just show up one day and tell them you're supposed to start that day.

great idea! They do actually have a post discharge group now every Tuesday from 3-4 for 3 months but I can’t make it back up there if I’m going back to club and finding a job.

I hope you can find a beginning job soon. It doesn't have to be a career job but something you can enjoy enough doing that you get some money saved and job experience too. With a down payment for some small item you may even then be started with a good credit rating soon. One day you will want a car maybe to make you more independent in the labor force. As always wishing you the best in this new chapter of life.
