I don't eat pizza either so now I'm curious. What's pizza cheese? Like what type do they use or can it be different types?

Ya Moony is not gonna be reading any labels and I only like Kraft American singles which is considered a fake cheese.
Real cheese tastes nasty to me.

I only like American, Cheddar, maybe provolone and mozzarella. And Mexican blend cheese and pizza cheese.

Mozzarella. Melts so easy

I think it’s usually mozzarella but I did get a 5 cheese Italian blend recently.

I love cheddar and American and that’s basically it. Hate Brie etc lol

Brie is ok if drowned in raspberry jam on a good cracker. Mild cheddar is ok in an emergency. Parmesan is ok on hot spaghetti or chili mac.

And the Parmesan is French and not Italian.

Some pizza joints to add to the Mozzarella but that is custom not the standard pizza. I like jalapeno peppers stuffed with ground Italian sausage and sealed with mozzarella and then grilled with the burgers. They make little racks to stand the peppers up in for the grill too. Some folks call them ABT's.
