You pay like $225 and they let you borrow an incubator and brooder box with a light. Then they supply you with 7 eggs and supplies. You hatch the eggs and raise the chicks a few weeks then return everything even the chicks. It's so people can have the "experience" without the commitment of keeping them.
Seems ridiculous to me but when I'm done using all these incubators I should do something simular on the cheap. Let others put in some of the work and time to raise me some chicks and offset some of my costs.

That’s awesome!!! Seems like a neat idea lol
 
We did it once when I was in elementary. It was at Easter and we hatched eggs with food color injected in them so they hatched the colored chicks.
Oh wow! That’s fancy! Ours were just regular chicks :lau I only ever did it once too but the school does it once a year is what I meant to say lol so if you’re in first grade I think it was then you get to do it.
