I should be in bed keeping my pillow company. The insomnia struck about 4am and I've doctored it with a special new to me formula of a natural remedy. How it is going to work l don't know but I hope it does its job.
 
Melatonin works wonders for me. I don't even have to take a full dose.
I have to take between 20 and sometimes as much as 60mg of it. I have a doc that takes 60mg most nights to get is wheels in his head to stop. Some nights my head works like a runaway freight train. I had 20mg last night in two separate doses.
