I have to take between 20 and sometimes as much as 60mg of it. I have a doc that takes 60mg most nights to get is wheels in his head to stop. Some nights my head works like a runaway freight train. I had 20mg last night in two separate doses.

I get my sleep nowadays, and it's more of "I need to go to bed" than anything. I have found one pill of benadryl knocks me out real nice especially while sick.
