I screwed up BIG TIME today and had caffeine again… in the form of not one but TWO Mtn Dew cans!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also was going to save them for later OR dump them but I ended up drinking them pretty much immediately. I have not had caffeine for nearly 4 months. In fact, it will be 4 months in literally just a FEW DAYS… January 27th (Tuesday)… so I did not even make it to 4 months. That’s pretty bad. Pathetic even. So I’m beating myself up BADLY. And of course now I am extremely anxious and squirrelly. I am safe but not comfortable.
