Yeah, I stock up on hamburger when it's on sale too. We use about 2-3 pounds a week. A pound for taco meat, and at least 1 1/2 lbs for Freya burgers (her dinners)/

Oh wow that’s a lot!!!!! LOL I figured Brew might get some too :lau no way will I eat over 3 lbs (still have the other beef) worth of cheesesteaks :lau
 
I might make taco meat with some of it though. Or put it in pasta sauce. But I don’t like either of those options very much anymore LOL
 
I also bought chicken breast tenders the other day but forgot about them in the fridge LOL anyways, they still look good so I put them in the freezer. Says they were packed the 22nd and I’m pretty sure that’s when I bought them too so they should be fine. But I’m not gonna cook them tonight so I froze them LOL oddly it says sell by May 31st… that doesn’t seem right to me… how could it still be good over a week later? LOL usually dates are like a couple days later lol but whatever. I froze it soooooooo…
 
I am (probably) making a chicken cheesesteak right now LOL or possibly chicken fajitas but IDK. I think I’d prefer the chicken cheesesteak. 🤔🤣🙈

I could make both… it’s almost 1 1/4 pounds lol 1.22 lbs apparently.

But IDK.

ANYWAYS…

Sautéing some chicken breast tenders in the cast iron pan now and then I’m going to take those out and sauté some peppers and onions in there next. Then I’m going to chop the chicken up and combine them both (or chop the chicken up first). Then add cheese, melt it, then toast the bun. Then put mayo on it and load it up with the filling and voila LOL
