Also I just picked two more yellow squash so now I have FIVE yellow and TWO zucchini including one pretty MASSIVE zucchini. I’m going to have to get going on those fritters LOL

To me the mayo makes it but understandable that you don’t like it. Not everyone does. What kind of lettuce should I buy?

I got a new grater and a garlic press. The grater has a slicer feature apparently which is nice. Just need to figure out how to use it. I guess you just put the veggie up to it and slide? Idk lol
