Day 11 of mallard egg

I have a mallard egg that is at day 11. When I candle it I can see a little black dot about the size of a match head that frantically moves around, disappearing out of sight then it will come back. I also see a dark blob that is much bigger that moves a little when the little black dot is moving around. Shouldn't the duck be bigger by now? Is the little black dot actually the duck, or is the bigger blob the duck?

The little black dot is the eye of the developing embryo. All is right on track with your egg.
