Day 18 on my Golden Phoenix......hoping for the best

I got a dozen eggs from Mergmet, after 18 days 10 are still in the bator, 3 are questionable.
I cleaned my hatcher this morning and am going to move them over this evening.
I would love for at least half of these to hatch. Any experience with hatching Phoenix Eggs??????
I know they will be itty bitty chicks
