Day 19 of incubation - Concerned

Hi guys..

so its day 19 of my incubation of 12 Eggs (started with 13 1 broke as it collided with the rotation arm), 6 Ayam cemani, 4 Leg bars, and 2 Random mix of brown hens.

at some point this morning my electricity tripped .AHHHHH when I sorted it out went up and the temp had dropped to 24 degrees must have been at that temperature for about an hour.....

its all back up at 37.5... are the chicks likely to survive this ??

I'm sure I read somewhere that it takes longer for internal egg temps to drop than air temps so I wouldn't give up just yet.

Ok so its day 21.. well 9 hours to go until its complete 21 Days

No sign of any egg cracking, 1 Egg is just moving a little , not opening the incubator.

If I listen for long enough I can here 1 faint chirp

surely by now out of the 12 remaining eggs at least half should be showing signs of hatching??
