Yes...I definitely would. I Lockdown at 60% and I'm in Canada with dry weather.

I'd drop it some also. That's a bit too much condensation. Try to get that to dry up. You don't want any dripping on the eggs.

humidity is now 66%, and dropping slowly

Don’t worry so much about a number. A tiny bit of condensation is fine, you know it’s high enough if you see that.

Usually on the 21st day, but that's just a guideline, with absolutely perfect conditions. It can be anywhere from a couple days before, to a couple days after and still be in normal range.
