Day 21, nothing going on......

Just broke one open and their was only a half-formed chick inside. Are the rest doomed???

I would take them out and candle them. Also listen to the eggs and see if you have any sounds of peeps or pecking. on candling don't expect to see anything except a really full egg is the chick is doing good. if the egg only lokks half full then they may have quit on you. Hoping that they do good for you.
