It is reading 30Would you mind trying to calibrate your thermometers (or at least one of the main ones you use) just to satisfy our curiosity? It's pretty easy. Make an ice water slushy (small amount of water+ice+blender=slush) and pop the thermometer in. Give it 3 minutes and see what it reads.
It may not matter now, but could matter in the future.
EDIT: Another thing to think about is if your room temperature fluctuated, and your incubators thermostat couldn't keep up. It does happen to people.
