the air cell is very small, not at all how the egg should look, my guess is that she passed on day 18 or 19-
I cant see any veins, or movement, do you see anything in person? I think the chick has unfortunately passed, but if you dont feel certain, or think you can see veins in person, water-candling again, looking for any movement, will rule out any chance of her being alive still. You could also open the egg, if you have the stomach for it. I remove some of the shell over the air cell, and check to ensure the chick has definitely gone before disposing of them, gives me peace of mind. It can also help to tell what went wrong with the chick. It's up to you
