Wow, she's really pretty!Day 24... right? By the way. I’m so so sorry. I just totally forgot about this. But anyway, here’s today’s pic! I moved them to the garage a few days ago. She’s getting so big! View attachment 2589602
Thanks!Wow, she's really pretty!
Well, 'she' has more tail feathers than my roo and 'maybe roo' have at 6 weeks. The comb is a little bigger, but I had one BR that had a jump in comb growth a few weeks back and I panicked and now it hasn't been developing further.Although I’m super paranoid that ‘she’ is going to be a ‘he’ mostly based on leg thickness and comb size... although I know it’s early to tell.
Thanks! I’m just so, so paranoid.Well, 'she' has more tail feathers than my roo and 'maybe roo' have at 6 weeks. The comb is a little bigger, but I had one BR that had a jump in comb growth a few weeks back and I panicked and now it hasn't been developing further.
I'll be hoping it's a she for you!
I had 4 I was worried about, pretty much down to two for sure roos and I've calmed down about the other two. I get attached so fast and I wasn't wanting any roos, but now we are for sure keeping the 2, we have 3 separate flocks, we can put the roos with the 2 bigger flocks of 9 girls each and see how it goes. Worst case we freezer camp them or try to rehome them, neither of those are easy for me.Thanks! I’m just so, so paranoid.
