Day old chick bleeding toe!!!

I have 17 chicks that hatched yesterday and one has a really bloody toe. I saw not only another chick peck it, but it pecked its own toe! What do I do?

Just use pressure and/or flour or corn starch or get it stopped, and watch to be sure more attacks aren't going on. And check to see whether they have too little space or it is too warm for them, or both.
