Day Old Chick

We hatched a single chick from a set of shipped eggs. They were a mix -- Frizzle Silkie, Frizzle Cochin, Frizzle Wyandotte, Frizzle Polish, Frizzle Sultan -- and I'm thinking this is a Silkie, though not sure AT ALL. It has feathered legs, if you can tell from the pics.

Any guesses?

A dead give-a-way for a silkie is that they have black skin and five toes. Look at it's little feet!

I'm not sure at all... but I think you should've opted for the 'just hatched' sized diapers. Those clearly aren't going to work...

Those belong to my 2-year-old. Gives a good idea of scale. This is a TINY little chick out of a TINY little egg. I've heard guesses of a Silkie/Cochin Bantam mix. Could definitely be!
