Days old Naked Neck with weird injury on head?

I just purchased my first two Turkens two days ago, (a black and a white, straight run), and yesterday I noticed the black one has what looks like a raised scab-like injury(?) on the back of his bare head/neck. And today, it is darker and looks more like a wound than it did. The naked necks are in with two same-age Jersey Giants, and some older chicks, and I wondered if maybe it looked worse because an older chick pecked at it, but it was there before I put them in together, so, I know they didn't cause it.
My question is, is it just a small injury, or is it something I should be concerned about/ treat? Thank you!

Looks like an injury - could be from a peck or it got poked by some wire or something.
I would probably put a dab of triple antibiotic ointment just on the scab, hopefully it will heal up no problem.

Make sure any triple antibio oint is free of pain killer the topical pain killers are lethal to chickens
