Yes, worms can get inside the eggs.

Egg withdrawal time is a period of time you throw away eggs after deworming your chickens. Valbazen and Fenbendazole are both 14 days from last treatment dose.
For example: Valbazen you give one treatment then repeat dosage in 10days. So withdrawal would be the initial 10days plus 1day re-treatment, plus 14days, so the total withdrawal (throw away period) is 25days.

I just finished administering it by mixing it into their water (after making it the only water source). So does that mean it needs to be re-administered?
