I hope I'm in the right place..

My DH and I went to the Farmers Feed and Seed
and I asked about DE.
They had a mixture of silicon dioxide with DE 85%.
Is this how I should get it, or is there a "pure"
DE?

I have been searching for DE around my neck of the woods and have had a hard problem with finding the DE that everyone is talking about on these forums. I have been told that it should say FOOD GRADE on the bag. I ended up getting mine online the other day.

I was told it was food grade, but didn't
purchase b/c I wanted to come here and
ask the real experts. I will continue to
look elsewhere
