Dead chicken

I found one of my Rhode Island Red hens dead this winter I found her under my goat stand she was already dead when I found her and she had a yellow foam coming out of her mouth I have no clue what killed her options will be appreciated
I'm sorry to hear about your loss over the winter.
There is no way to know the cause of death without necropsy. If you happen to lose another one, sending the body to your state lab will give you answers.

I also lost another one before her it was her sister I found her dead no idea how she died she was my best broody and raised a dozen chicks before she died her last one can’t cope with the rest she doesn’t know what to do I have had to try to forage for herself and that is a hard job to do I don’t know what to do with her daughter now that her mother is dead

How old is this one that can't "cope"?
Can you explain a little more by what you mean she can't cope with the rest? Is she deformed or just too young?
A chicken should have a natural instinct to forage, but if she is struggling, it would be a good idea to offer her feed and water until she is able to get back on her feet.
Photos or video of the chicken in question are always welcome.
