My hen is around 3-4 years of age, and is very sick. Her symptoms include lethargy, floppy shrunken purple comb, green diarrhea (as shown in second image), neck spasms/twitches, and consistent throwing up liquid when she bends over. The nearby vet clinic open until September. We might put her down in about a day. She has been this way for a hot minute, and all of our other chicken nerd friends are confused. Anything would be IMMENSELY appreciated! This chicken is my fiancée’s favorite, so please!

I agree, it does sound like a crop problem.

When was her last egg?

Often a crop problem is a symptom of an underlying condition, so if you've never dewormed her, it may be a good idea to get a fecal float to rule out worms are part of the problem. Reproductive disorders are another common issue seen when a crop is not functioning well too.

Yes, and add a pinch of salt as well

Her crop is very soft. Not hard at all. i don’t think it’s impacted crop

Her crop is soft, but is it emptying overnight? Check it first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink, if it's still full and soft, then begin addressing that symptom.
